Return and exchange requests are only allowed within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery if you have received an incorrect or defective item.
To be eligible for an exchange, the following criteria must be fulfilled: a. The product must not been used; and b. The original packaging intact.
Exchange is given on a case-by-case basis and is subject to availability.
No door-to-door exchange service will be provided.
