Ordered on 11 June, delivered on 16 June. Can hardly claim to be “fast”. And the box was left outside the door without alerting us. Only noticed it the next day. No invoice was issued n Company is not in the KDK list when registering warranty online. Was told by seller to fill “others” n Q10’s order number instead. Have no confidence KDK will honour the warranty coz encountered similar issues with other Japanese company when claiming warranty before. Just issue a proper receipt or invoice with official company stamp would solve all the problems, like the other seller whose item I bought together with this one. Just hope the fan has no issues within a year.

The fans are working well, silent and generate good breeze, even at lowest speed. Have to be careful as it is fairly light, can topple over.

Very good quality Fan, but very poor delivery service, delivery man just leave the fan outside my hosue without inform or call my hand phone to confirm whether anyone at home, very irresponsible and disappointed.
