Ordered on 03/03/24 and delivered on 05/03/24 evening well packaged and in good condition by an elderly uncle. Cleaned and tested twice and it was working as per specs. 5L capacity serves well and easy to carry from sink to kitchen top. Boiling 5L water is not super fast but within acceptable timeframe. Re-boil and keep warm up to 85C are good features. Lacking would be the auto cup level dispensing feature. Happy with my purchase.

Received, simply tested-~30 mins to boil seems too long, have to unlock each time to dispense and no quick cup dispense like other...other than that quite ok.
