I’m pleasantly surprised. I like quality knives. I have a couple made with D-2 blades, a couple with CPM154, as well as others. This is the first one with S30V though. It wasn’t really that sharp out of the box, which was worrisome but, a few strokes on a ceramic rod got it shaving sharp. I was skeptical at first because, I bought a bootleg Benchmade at a local vendor on our FOB in Iraq that turned out to be total garbage. This knife is not like that. It looks and feels authentic. All of the markings are identical to the Benchmade 710 McHenry Williams folding knife I have and, I know it’s real. The only reason I have serious doubts that this knife is a knock off is the price. I got it for less than one tenth of what the real one costs. I would buy more knives from this manufacturer and recommend them to a friend. This is my new EDC blade since automatics are legal to carry in Texas. [Source : Wish]
