Box as new, but box was a bit damaged, this is not on them, I attribute this to my postal carrier, first she says she delivered to door, had to call post office to find lost package then she delivers it jammed into a small mail box 3 days later. Product works as designed. Fast charge of phone QC works through my case I ordered too. I tested with and without QC 3.0 adapter, it still charges but not as fast. The device has a clean look, well balanced and an LED light at the base that changes from blue to green once charge is complete. I would recommend this charger it does the job.[Source : Wish]

Product specs from seller/shop promised a 30W wireless phone charger capable of handling an input voltage of 12V. Yet when it was fed 12V, it started to behave very strangely after a short while, and it stop and the start recharging my phone in an endless loop. The only began to behave as described when it was fed a lower input voltage. I tested a 5V input power, and now it behaved properly. This is no good, though, as it won't be charging my phone at 30W when it only is fed 5V. For 30W charge capability, it needs to be fed 12V, but it just can't handle 12V input power,lying the seller has been lying about the product specs! This *is not* a 30W wireless phone charger!!! Don't buy anything off this seller/shop, you just risk being scammed, like I was!!![Source : Wish]
