- Item will be send out within 1 - 2 business day (Monday - Friday excluding Public Holiday) after receive clear payment.
- Buyer are to ensure that their address is correct before making payment.
- If the item bounce back due to incorrect address or non-claim etc, buyer will need to pay the additional charges to re-send the item.
- Singpost delivery will usually take 2 - 5 business days if there is no delay by Singpost.
- Qxpress will usually take 2- 4 business days if there is no delay by Qxpress.
Exchange
- For all exchange, buyer are to contact us within 14 days starting from the day that you have receive the item.
- Buyer will need to provide the reasons/details for exchange and subject to our approval.
- Buyer will be responsible for the return delivery cost.
- Replacement item will only be mail back after receive the return item.
- No refund will be given except for item out of stocks and all return must be in its original package/condition.
- Item returned and found not to be in its original package/condition will be rejected and returned at buyer expense.
- Any missing items or accessories will be subject to a charge.
